Open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm, Brew & Bake at City Hall combines a modern and vibrant café environment with a fresh and exciting menu offer. Ideal as a work or social space, the focus is on a tasty and nutritious, high-quality, sustainable food and drinks offer, with all items either freshly made on site or sourced from quality local suppliers.
In addition, the Brew & Bake café area can also be booked for evening and weekend functions, with access to a fully licensed bar.

At Brew & Bake we can meet all your hospitality needs, whatever the occasion or venue. All our menus can be adapted to meet specific requirements, and we are happy to develop new menus as necessary. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available, and we can also cater for individuals with special dietary requirements.
