The Beam

The Beam was the first office development to be built at Riverside Sunderland and kick-started one of the largest and most ground-breaking urban regeneration programmes that the city (and UK) has seen over recent years.

Opened in 2019, this modern, design-led office building stands tall overlooking the River Wear and is now a recognisable commercial landmark within this multi-million pound mixed-use scheme.
