The Rosedene

Originally a grand Georgian mansion built as part of a smaller estate in 1830 and was known as Cresswell House. It was pulled down and re-erected in its current location as an exact duplicate. It became a Vaux public house in 1964 and is now a popular family-friendly bar with a restaurant. Serving traditional pub food in the bar and in its restaurant, it is very popular with the locals.
