Seen to be Believed

To celebrate the Platinum jubilee 2022, Sunderland Libraries Services are hosting seated viewings of "Seen to be Believed" curated by the Yorkshire and North East Film Archive.

Taking an affectionate look at how the people of Yorkshire and the North East celebrated coronations, jubilees and royal visits through the decades, it draws inspiration from a famous remark by The Queen: "I have to be seen to be believed".

Viewings are available at the Local History Library @ ETR,
