Fast-growing customer communications business Paragon has created hundreds of jobs in Sunderland over recent years as it continues to innovate and grow.
The company employs over 200 people in the city and has a particular strength in supporting businesses that are looking to outsource mail processing that requires 'human' intervention and insight. That includes dealing with correspondence that requires judgement-based decision-making, or further investigation that cannot be digitised or automated.
