10 low-carbon show homes and an exciting multi-generational housing development are the main attraction, all built to the highest specification achievable today. And for a peek into tomorrow's possibilities, visitors can explore 16 concept homes that offer affordable, efficient and healthy green homes.

Future City - where business & government will discuss, explore and progress innovative ideas that create city success. Inspired by Sunderland's imaginative regeneration, it explores how to boost social & economic growth and create sustainable cities. Residents will also explore Sunderland's low carbon, connected future.

Features two business summits - one for innovators & investors and the other looking at global game changers - technological innovation that will help the world achieve its net-zero goals.
