Welcome to the dance floor. Pick up your glow sticks, find a space and get ready for a calorie burning routine to the latest floor fillers. This is a high energy workout that will lift your spirits and leave energised all day long.  

Bringing a night out to your workout. Clubbercise offers fun, full body workouts with banging tunes from 90's classics to the latest chart hits. Classes are set in a darkened room with party lights and glow sticks. High and low impact options to suit everyone. 

Join us every Tuesday or Wednesday!  

(The workout can be done seated if required)
