Bees, Beetles and Blossom at Hetton Park Community Orchard
Various dates
Join Links with Nature to see the spring blossoms of Hetton Park and search for some of the invertebrates that help to pollinate them.
Orchards contain a wide variety of different habitats and microhabitats allowing them to provide homes and food for a wide variety of different species. By searching, sweep netting and shaking we will look at and identify a number of these all while surrounded by the spring blossoms.
