The Rosedene

Originally a grand Georgian mansion built as part of a smaller estate in 1830 and was known as Cresswell House. It was pulled down and re-erected in its current location as an exact duplicate. It became a Vaux public house in 1964 and is now a popular family-friendly bar with a restaurant. Serving traditional pub food in the bar and in its restaurant, it is very popular with the locals.

The Salt House Kitchen

Nestled along the Seaburn coast The Salt House Kitchen is a bustling eatery serving breakfast, lunch and high tea.

The Saltgrass

The warm and welcoming Saltgrass pub in the heart of the historic Deptford and Ayre's Quay area of Wearside is open once again. The Saltgrass offers a fine selection of alcoholic beverages and refreshments as well as Live music, Buskers and Live Sports.

The Stables

Tucked away in a residential area, The Stables has a warm and inviting country pub feel to it. A mid week menu is available and the Sunday lunch is very popular and booking well in advance is advisable. The surroundings are cosy with low ceilings and a collection of riding memorabilia adorning the walls.
