With nine rooms of varying size, City Hall can cater for meetings and events anywhere between 6 and 300 people and the rooms are always fully customisable to meet your needs. So whether you need a whole media wall for presentations, or simply a whiteboard or flip chart...a selection of sandwiches and cold refreshments brought to you table, or your own personal chef to cook up a menu of your choice.

Chamber 

Chamber meeting room

Located on the ground floor, a large flexible event space can seat up to 300 guests theatre style. Ideal for conferences, exhibitions, weddings, graduation ceremonies, graduation balls, fashion shows and conferencing. Large projection screens, portable display screens, microphones, bluetooth speakers and 360 video conferencing facilities available. 

Mayor's Parlour

Mayor's Parlour

Impressive modern space on the 6thfloor with an outdoor terrace and panoramic views of the coast. Ideal for networking, ceremonies, conferencing, press events and weddings. Three large screens, video conferencing, microphones and bluetooth speakers. Holds up to 115 guests theatre style or standing and the space can be divided into smaller boardroom style meeting rooms.

Wedding ceremonies

There are three rooms licenced for wedding ceremonies:

Riverside Room - 1st floor. Up to 40 guests seating theatre style

Keel Room - 1st floor. Up to 10 guests. Wednesdays only

Register Office - 1st Floor. Up to 2 guests. Wednesdays only
