This class will shape you up, and get you ready to step into anything with uplifting music to carry you through a sequence of exercises.
Upper Body Sculpt is designed to scorch calories and burn fat for toned arms and upper body. Tracy will learn you how to burn fat by using weights and resistance training instead of cardio. When you build toned muscle, you supercharge your metabolism, so you burn fat long after your workout ends.

Total Body Fitness targets four different sections:
- Cardio conditioning
- Lower body strength
- Upper body strength
- Core strength
All set to great music to keep you energised, and using a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises using dumbbells and kettlebells. You work to your own level of fitness and ability and do what you're able to do.

If you like to work out with great background music from the past and present, this class is for you.
Each week we will surprise you with a different workout to burn the calories to shape up for the season:

- R1ZE - step
- STR1KE - combat
- L1FT - weights
You will work on your overall fitness doing speed, strength and agility work to help you improve your stamina and power.
