Family Wellbeing Day
Saturday 25 May / Drop-in session from 11am - 3pm / Free / Age 4+
Join us for a day of family activities promoting the development of positive mental health of our children, emotional literacy and body wellness including story-time with the Brain Besties, mindful garden walks, kids' yoga and nature inspired crafts. Community Garden Kid's Heritage Trail: Eadred the Saxon
Saturday 25 May / Sessions at 1pm and 2pm / £2 per child, accompanying adults go free
Eadred the Saxon has hurt himself and needs a special potion to make him feel better. Can you help him? Follow the Nine Herbs trail around Mowbray Park Community Garden and see how many herbs you can spot and smell. Creature Collections
Tuesdays 28 May / Drop-in sessions from 1pm - 2.30pm / Free / No booking required

Community Garden: Food is Fun
Wednesday 29 May / Drop-in session from 1pm - 3pm/ Free
A family friendly session at the new Community Garden in Mowbray Park. Make eating a playful and sensory adventure. Wake up your senses with our exploration of taste and smell and how we enjoy food. Give our flavours a go and find out what your unique taste favourites are. You can sow your own herbs to grow at home too! Bear's Museum Adventure: Find the History Heroes

Wildlife Spotters
Until Saturday 1 June 2024 / 10am to 4pm / Free
